In 2020, I experienced a spiritual awakening — a deep, sacred gift that opened me up and called me back to myself – my soul.

I paused everything and turned inward.
I asked bigger questions.
I learned to stop chasing and start listening.

Through this profound inner journey, that’s forever evolving, I’ve discovered how to harness my energy, soften into stillness, and live from a space of deep peace, trust, and self-love. From this sacred space, the Divine Zen Flow Method was born — a soul–led way of coaching that gently guides others, like you, to meet themselves again. A Deep Understanding of the Drive — and the Cost

Before I became a spiritual energy coach, I spent years in the fast lane — as a journalist, a TV producer, an online business owner, and a sales coach for John Lewis & Partners. I know the pressure to perform, the thrill of the next achievement, and the exhaustion that often hides underneath it all.

Over time, I had the privilege of working with hundreds of people. I listened — deeply — to their longings, their burnout, their ambition, and their desire for something more real. That deep understanding of humanity, and my experience of my own Divinity, is woven into everything I offer.
